I started PointAnswer out of necessity because I was overpaying for a helpdesk with simple requirements.

The previous helpdesk software that I was using kept increasing the price on existing customers. And I figured it's time to replace them with my own software. For more details on the backstory, you can read it at PointAnswer.com.


This startup is running live and used to power helpcenters for my other SaaS business.
